About So Seoul
Before we opened the doors,
we built the experience.
So Seoul began with a simple gap. A generation in India was already discovering Korea through K-dramas, K-pop and food culture, but Ahmedabad still lacked a café where that curiosity could become a genuine K-food experience.
After repeated visits to South Korea, time spent understanding its food culture, work with experienced Korean-food chefs, months of recipe development and careful ingredient sourcing, we opened the first So Seoul café at Mansi Circle in April 2023.
